Subject: Saving KCNC configuration
Is there a way for me to save all the setups I have on a KCNC and be able to recreate them on multiple machines without having to go through all the setup screens?
I know I have to copy the C programs I have for initialization and M code execution but what about all the other setups in KCNC?

This is similar to "how to save configuration when upgrading the KCNC version".

I personally save all the C programs, all the GCode programs, all the "Data" directory that is within the "KMotion" dir AND the "emc.var" file that resides in the Kmotion installation GCode directory even if you keep your GCode elsewhere, like me.

There may be more files that I am not aware of, and I wish there was an easier way....

Yes the settings can be copied by copying the <Install Directory>\KMotion\Data directory to the new machine or Version.

If you put or move the GCode Variables file from the GCode Sub directory to the Data directory then copying the Data should handle that as well.  You will need to specify the new location in KMotionCNC | Tool Setup | Files | Vars File.  For legacy reasons if the location is unspecified it defaults to the GCode Directory.

Yes, KMotionCNC | Tool Setup | Files | Vars File works for me!

Thank you
